A: Energy Auditor performs a service that walks you through the amount of energy your home consumes based on your electrical and natural gas consumption.


Q: How long does an Energy Audit take?

A: Performing an Energy audit takes about 1-2 hours at the minimum for smaller homes to 3 hours for your larger home.


Q: How much does this cost me?

A: This depends on the size of your home. But typically an energy assessment (or audit) starts at $349 and is tax deductible. Then the rebates that are offered cover most other expenses.


Q: Do I have to change my lifestyle?

A: No, your lifestyle does not have to change since we find the right technology to install into your home. However your home will usually be more comfortable once you follow our suggestions and upgrades.


Q:Does construction have to take place?

A: No, construction is only optional to the homeowner when it is necessary.


Q: What are the incentives and rebates?

A: The incentives and rebates are brought to you by Energy Upgrade California, SCE, LADWP and your Federal Government along with performing the these task ride by your side. If you own your home or property you can qualify for Clean Renewable Energy Bonds (CREB).
